King Khan and BBQ Shows Scuttled By Kentucky Arrest

Nothing throws a wet blanket on a good road trip like getting arrested, as King Khan and BBQ recently found out. After playing a show in Nashville on Wednesday night, the band was arrested in Hopkinsville, Kentucky on its way to St. Louis. Though details are still sketchy as to what the band did to merit incarceration, the tour manager was still being held on Friday and subsequent shows in Kansas City and Denver have been cancelled. The band has yet to release an official statement as to the arrest or future plans for the tour. [The Daily Swarm]
