English post-punk vets Killing Joke are gearing up to release an album of new material. MMXII, the band's first LP in two years--the last being 2010's Absolute Dissent--and second since the reformation of its original lineup, is slated for an April 2 release through Spinefarm Records/Universal. If you can decipher what it means, frontman Jaz Coleman made a rather odd statement about the record. Apparently it will be about "getting our collective dreams in order, restoring the biosphere…moving away from national boundaries and more towards what Schiller and Beethoven were saying in some of their work." Right. Well, April 2 is the date. [FACT]
