Killers Recording New Album On the Road, Creating Excuse For Album’s Possible Lack of Transcendence

Killers singer Brandon Flowers says the band’s next album will be recorded entirely on the road in a mobile studio. Flowers went on to say the album itself is still in “dream stages” and that that the band hasn’t decided on what kind of songs will best represent where the band is at the present time. When inspiration strikes, however, it’s a lock that band drummer Ronnie Vanucci will be on the scene with his mobile recording rig. The album, depending on how well a volatile band can record backstage on the drummer’s equipment, will be released sometime around Christmas or the twelfth of never. [Angry Ape]
