Killers Not Breaking Up, Remain Together And Fancy

Music fans who appreciate the Killers' dramatic rock and roll career can take heart; the band hasn't reached the end of the road yet. A string of canceled shows in Australia and Asia led to rumors of a break-up, but the band took to its website to quash them:

"The Killers would also like to take this opportunity to assure their fans that any concerns about the future of the band are unfounded. They are all looking forward to some time off at the end of this tour as they have been on the road for a long time, but there are no plans for an indefinite hiatus."

Though there are many in the blogosphere who take great joy in bashing the Killers, the band truly should be lauded for sticking it out in these tough economic times. If Brandon Flowers isn't the spotlight, imagine how many eyeliner and shiny jacket manufacturers would have to cut jobs. [Spin]
