Lil Wayne's chart dominance is such that even a digital-only release from him can sell 110,000 copies, as his I'm Not a Human Being sold that many last week. Those sales weren't enough to launch Wayne to the top of the Billboard though; that distinction goes to Kenny Chesney, who sold 183,000 copies of Hemingway's Whiskey, his sixth Billboard-topping album. Chesney also beat out Gucci Mane, whose The Appeal sold 60,000 copies, good enough for number four. But Gucci's first-week sales are falling; his State vs. Radric Davis sold 90,000 copies in its first week, which was only good for the number 10 spot last year. For more numbers, go to Billboard.
Carter 4 will sell a gazillion though. I think only Eminem can outsell a proper Wayne release.
Dont forget that lil wayne is in jail number 2 is cool and Kenny Chesney is not......
