Singer-songwriter Kelly Stoltz is all done with his fourth full-length album. Entitled Circular Sounds, the record is slated for a February 5 release on Sub Pop. Circular Sounds will be Stoltz's second album for that venerable indie-rock institution and the follow up to 2006's Below the Branches. Stoltz claims that Circular Sounds finds him taking his usual bedroom-folk sound into more worked-up, augmented territory.
