Katy Perry mistakenly given Rihanna's obscure French award

Katy Perry was given an NRJ award, sort of a French People's Choice Award, for her song "I Kissed a Girl." The only problem is that the award was actually intended for Rihanna for "Disturbia." Niko Aliagas, the host of the show, admitted afterwards that there had been a problem tabulating votes which led to the error. Perry did claim an award legitimately for Best International Album for One of the Boys. So far neither star has released an official comment about the award, which is truly surprising. When the arbiters of taste who annoited Jerry Lewis have spoken, it seems that both young ladies would be motivated to claim the hardware. [Contact Music]

I thought it was for the song ' I kissed a girl' not 'Hot N Cold' I personally believe Rihanna deserved what she got. THE AWARD!
