It's a busy news day re: Kanye West--Remember that spat Kanye had back in September with a TMZ paparazzo where he took the guy's camera and smashed it on the ground? Well, Kanye has been charged with two counts of assault, two counts of theft (for taking the camera), and two counts of vandalism (for smashing said camera), and could face two years in the clink. Given that even dried-up celebrities no one cares about can get off without jail time for crimes like murder (ahem, Phil Spector), I can't see Kanye donning an orange jumpsuit anytime soon.

Now from the things that might actually happen regarding Kanye West file: It has been announced that Kanye will be playing struggling rapper Kenny West (subtle, much?) in the Family Guy spin-off Cleveland. That show was announced so long ago, I forgot it was still coming (2010, apparently). Even with Kanye on board, I still can't think of a valid reason to give Cleveland a gander.
