Kanye West Guests on The Cleveland Show, Raps in Cartoon Form (Video)
It's official: Kanye West's Good Ass Job promotional appearences have begun.
Last night found Mr. West on The Cleveland Show, Family Guy's unecessary spin-off and creator Seth McFarlane's third creation to appear on Fox's Sunday night comedy line-up. West played "Kenny West," and cocky teenager fighting for Cleveland Jr.'s new crush. It's pointless to delve anymore into the plot because it was, to be frank, boring and unfunny.
However, the episode climaxed in West and Jr. at a party locked into a rap battle (reminiscient of Kid N Play's dace-off in House Party). The lyrics were actually pretty funny, with West calling himself, "The Black Zach Efron" and self-mocking his infatuation with Auto-Tune. Nice.
Let this be the first of many Kanye cameos that are sure to litter network television for the next six months.
