Kanye West arrested and released in paparazzi altercation in the U.K.

Kanye West was arrested and released today in the U.K. for allegedly getting in a fight with a paparazzi who was snapping pictures of West leaving a club with four women early this morning. After getting angry, West allegedly jammed the camera into the paparazzi’s face, cutting his nose. U.K. police arrested Kanye at his hotel, and released him shortly after without filing charges.

There could be a pretty interesting B-story to all of this: the photographer who alleges West hurt him also made the same claims about a soccer player last month, and no charges were filed in that case either. [TMZ]
