OK, so surprise surprise, guess who we chose in this summer's über-contrived, first-week-sales-boosting rap beef. But, hey, let's pretend like Prefix doesn't actually have the final say on these sorts of things, and check out Myspace, where 50 and Kanye lay down an all-out blitzkrieg on users over the past week. Kanye was this week's Myspace Music Channel's guest host this week, and the noted tastemaker highlighted profiles by Feist, T-Pain and Justice, who he famously upstaged at the 2006 MTV Europe Music Video Awards. Meanwhile, 50 Cent made his entire album freely available for streaming on his Myspace page, and the site will host ten video interviews with 50 this week. It's kind of disappointing that they aren't featuring 50 in one of the site's increasingly weird and awesome "Artist on Artist" videos; instead we get Tom.
