Kanye And Jay-Z's 'Watch The Throne' Still Number One, Certified Gold
Kanye West and Jay-Z's damn-good (great, really) joint album, Watch The Throne, has topped the Billboard 200 chart for the second week in a row. Although the numbers are definite, it's been estimated that it pushed around 175,000 units in its second week. Altogether, the record has moved more than 600,000 copies, which means it's now certified gold. That somewhat gaudy, gold-plated cover art makes a whole hell of a lot more sense now, doesn't it? And hey, do you think they might drop a platinum-plated version once the album sells one million copies? It would make sense/be kind of cool, actually.
