Justin Timberlake's Stalker Issued with Restraining Order

It’s taking Justin Timberlake an age to produce the follow-up to FutureSex/Love Sounds, and a possible explanation for the delay has surfaced. A stalker named Karen McNeil has just been issued with a restraining order, meaning she must keep away from the singer for a period of three years.

McNeil broke into Timberlake’s house last month, and said she was going to “marry” him and planned “to rule” with him. What they were going to “rule” over isn’t clear, but it’s probably best not to know. McNeil derided the facts presented at the court case, branding them “lies” when she spoke with reporters outside.

"Ms McNeil's ever-increasing aggressive and harassing conduct are extremely distressing," said Timberlake, who didn't turn up in court, but provided a written statement. "I fear for my personal safety, and that of my family and friends." Now can we have a new album please, Justin?
