Did anyone watch the first episode of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night? Judging by this interview with Justin Timberlake (which relied too heavily on SNL rememberances, which would be to Fallon's determent considering he was the worst part of that show for about five season), Fallon might be able to hold on to his show for awhile (I certainly hope so for the Roots' sake). Overall, it was a decent mix of humor and seriousness.
It helps that Timberlake was willing to go all out for Fallon--he does a spot on impression of John Mayer (who sings with his tongue) and Michael McDonald (which annoyingly doubles as a shout-out to Bud Light Lime). Fallon is still coming off as someone who can barely hold it together, but you could chalk that up to first show jitters. As much as I wanted to hate his show, this is less than the train wreck I had imagined. [Idolator]

I couldnt get past the Deniro inteview. It was awkward and uncomfortable to watch. Also his opening skit was just not funny... and I'll laugh at almost anything.
