It just became official: if you are a Justin Bieber fan, your wellbeing might be at risk – especially if you happen to be in Oslo, Norway. According to reports, the city is now close to declaring a state of emergency on account of the sheer number of fans drawn to the city.
Tonight, as part of his “Around The World” television special, Bieber is due to perform four new songs outside Oslo’s opera house. But with tens of thousands of devotees flooding in from right across Europe, Norwegian police have asked the singer to start his performance earlier than planned.
Bieber, who will arrive on stage by helicopter, has used his Twitter account to counsel his fans:
...for the show to happen u must all listen to the police. we are all concerned for your safety and i want what is best for u. please listen
