Justin Bieber Back On Top Of The Charts

For the umpteenth time in the last year, Justin Bieber is the number one artist in the country, moving 161,000 copies of his Never Say Never Remixes. That's the biggest total so far this year, which proves if you want to sell records this year, you need the Tweens. 

It's also the first full week of the Grammy bump: Mumford & Sons hit number two on the charts, and Arcade Fire moved up to number 12, selling 41,000 copies. So, the perfect combo is appealing to Tweens and appearing on the Grammys. [VV]
