Joy Orbison's "Ellipsis" Set For May Release

Given the buzz surrounding the South London producer, surprisingly little of Joy Orbison’s work has made it to vinyl. But “Ellipsis,” Orbison’s first track on the Hinge Finger label that he runs with Will Bankhead, has finally been scheduled for release. The track, whose Source Direct sample (“we just used to like… do our own thing”) first burrowed into our ear canals back in 2011, will be available from May 31 and can be pre-ordered now.

Joy Orbison’s “Ellipsis” streams below alongside the interview with drum and bass legends Source Direct that provides the track’s sample. [Fact]
