Jonny Greenwood Scores New Film, 'The Master,' With Jazz Band Zed-U
Never one to take time off, Radiohead guitarist Jonny Greenwood will again expand his composer skills in the near future while working with a familiar face. According to the Playlist, he and jazz group Zed-U have teamed up to score director Thomas Paul Anderson's upcoming film The Master. You might remember that he and Greenwood previously worked together when Greenwood scored Anderson's 2007 film, There Will Be Blood. The Master, which stars Philip Seymour Hoffman with Joaquin Phoenix and Amy Adams, is due out in 2013.
If this wasn't enough, Greenwood is also working on a new album with Polish composer Krzysztof Penderecki. Oh right, and Radiohead is touring in 2012. Busy, busy, busy. Photo by Zach Klein. [CoS]
