John Legend Accused Of Ripping Off Someone's Song
It's a right of passage for every musical performer: Someone accuses you of stealing some song you allegedly got off their demo tape, which they happened to give to you years ago. The latest musician caught up in one of these: John Legend, who is being sued by a singer named Anthony Stokes who is claiming Legend stole one of his songs to make "Maxine's Interlude," a song from 2006. TMZ has a comparison of the two tracks, and I can't tell that they have anything in common except for that they are both boring. You be the judge over at TMZ.
