New Wave legend Joe Jackson will start off 2008 in a busy way. January 29 is the slated release date for Jackson's new album Rain, coming via Rykodisc. The album will come bundled with a DVD featuring recent live appearances, an interview, and other goodies. Jackson will kick off a world tour in late February in the U.K. From there he'll move on to continental Europe and Israel before landing on North American soil in April.
