Jeremih Tells Kids to Go Back to School, Records "Half-Day Sex"

The hip bureaucrats who run the Chicago Public Schools know absolutely what gets the kids enthusiastic in 2009. This is presumably why they've asked Chicago Public School graduate and recording artist Jeremih to remind kids this Sept. 8 that it's time to go back to school. The same Jeremih whose only substantial claim to fame at this point is a song called "Birthday Sex"? Yes, that Jeremih.

Responding to the idea that Jeremih might be an inappropriate vehicle to remind kids that it's time to go back to school, CPS CEO said "It's a song like any other song you hear," and Jeremih himself tweeted, "Mih message to all young people is only to "go to school, stay in school, and graduate..just as I did. that's all! Media's crazy." Good point Jeremih, we are crazy.
