Jeff Mangum Announces West Coast Shows

Jeff Mangum’s comeback shows have mostly taken place under strict conditions, with no photography or recording allowed. So it’s a surprise to see him on the Coachella lineup this year, where such demands will be impossible to implement. Perhaps Mangum has become more at ease with the contemporary live music experience?

We’re not likely to find out why this sudden volte face has taken place, but it’s clear that the singer is going to continue to play live at least for the first part of this year. Mangum has just announced a set of West Coast shows around the time of his Coachella performance, which come in addition to his previously announced tour dates. Check out his full schedule below.
