Since getting out of prison, T.I. has kept himself plenty busy. From performing at the BET Hip-Hop Awards to making a guest appearance at a Taylor Swift show, he's certainly made it known that he wants to get back in the public eye. One way Tip has especially done this is by recording a ton of new material, some of which might even lead to a collaborative album that would be absolutely huge.
At least, that's the word according to his close pal Jeezy, who hinted at such a project during an interview yesterday. When asked who he would record a joint album with, the raspy MC replied that Tupac would be his first choice. But because that obviously can't happen, Jeezy said a collaborative record with T.I. is a possibility:
"I don’t know if it could really be in the making, but we just hit the ground running and been doing so many records that I don’t think it’s impossible. We’ve known each other enough to even put something like that, and I definitely think the city would need it and does need it. It’d be a good look."
It's nothing definite, obviously, but hey, we can't help but be excited at the prospect of this. You can listen to the entire interview below. [HipHopDX]
