Jay-Z Talks 'Decoded,' 'The Hits Collection,' More with Tim Westwood
Among other reasons, Jay-Z has recently taken to London to record his forthcoming collaborative album, Watch The Throne, with Kanye West. And while Jigga's out there, he stopped by the BBC studio for an interview with Tim Westwood. It's not necessarily rare for Jay to do this, but he certainly doesn't do interviews very often.
