Jay-Z Suing David Ortiz
Jay-Z has done gotten litigious on David Ortiz of the Boston Red Sox, suing Big Papi for stealing the name of his successful 40/40 Club in New York (and elsewhere) for a club Papi opened in the Dominican Republic called Forty Forty. Jay-Z is suing the Red Sox slugger/probable diabetic for $5 million, claiming Ortiz "blatantly trades on the goodwill and fame" Jay-Z's 40/40 club has built up. Which is probably true. Just remember Papi-don't fuck with Jay-Z's money. You'll get sued. [NY Daily News]
