Jay-Z is one of hip-hop’s most vocal supporters of the Barack Obama campaign. His benefit concert for Obama in Miami may have been canceled at the last minute, but the rap star is making amends by performing at an Ohio rally to encourage people to vote. The Last Chance for Change Rally takes place on October 30 and is hosted by NBA star LeBron James. Free tickets for the event are available between 9am and 9pm today (October 24) from Obama’s campaign headquarters in Cleveland. Full details of ticket availability are here. Jay-Z, who recently dedicated “99 Problems” to John McCain and Sarah Palin, will perform at the event, which takes place at the Quicken Loans Arena.
