Jay-Z and Mary J. Blige have announced plans for a powerhouse dual tour. The hip-hop/r&b titans and past collaborators are calling the trek the "Heart of the City" tour. The spring tour will start out in Miami. Below are the dates known so far, with more expected to be added soon.
