Jay-Z Is The Spokesman For Duracell Powermat
Jay-Z's past few days have been pretty damn eventful. After Beyonce gave birth to their first child (Blue Ivy Carter) over the weekend, Hov released a touching track dedicated to her yesterday. And late last night, he revealed that he has signed on as the spokesman of Duracell Powermat.
Jay inked a multi-year, international deal with Duracell and will apparently be the face and voice of the Duracell Powermat JV, which charges devices wirelessly. He issued the following statement on the new business venture:
“I believe in the future of wireless energy and I believe that Duracell Powermat is the company to bring on the revolution. I’m partnering with Duracell Powermat because they’re providing the solutions for the future.”
Makes sense, though I'm mostly curious to see what being the "face and voice" really manes for Hov. TV commercials maybe? [RN]
