The Blueprint 3 is finally in stores and Jay-Z has a big benefit show planned for Madison Square Garden this Friday (Sept. 11). The hip-hop star has also set up a North American tour to support the record, which begins with a show in Philadelphia on Oct. 9 and ends in Texas on Nov. 22.

Jay-Z is also set to support Coldplay on a few dates in their native U.K., which affirms his sudden liking for pasty boys with guitars. Sadly, Oasis split just at the wrong time. Perhaps the hip-hop star could sit in with Noel Gallagher when he begins his solo career in the near future?
