Jay-Z Announces North American Tour for 2010

It’s been a busy week for Jay-Z, with the release of his “Empire State of Mind” video, an appearance on Jools Holland’s show, and a well-publicized diss from Beanie Sigel. His work promoting The Blueprint 3 is only just beginning, and the hip-hop star has just announced a full North American tour in early 2010.

Young Jeezy will open up for Jay-Z on all dates, and these shows come hot on the heels of another bout of touring by the rapper, which ends in late November. Clearly, someone is keen to up the already-impressive sales of The Blueprint 3. Despite the release of “Empire State of Mind,” the tour doesn’t (yet) feature a show in New York City.
