It's being reported that Jay-Z and Beyonce have filed for a marriage license in Scarsdale, NY on April 1. The hip-hop/RnB power couple have been together since 2002 although the duo keep their private life private. At this point, this could only be a rumor though as their was a rumor in 2006 that they were getting married in the Carribean. My reaction to this... what took you so long Jay-Z. [People]
