It's not surprising that pretty much the only person left talking about the now dead Led Zeppelin reunion is the person who would have benefitted the most: Jason Bonham, son of John, recently told MusicRadar that he, John Paul Jones and Jimmy Page got really close to touring without Robert Plant.
"I think basically, they agreed to disagree,"Bonham told target MusicRadar. "After a while, it was just time to move on. We did a year of writing and putting stuff together. I loved working with Jimmy and John Paul. It was so much fun."
Everyone kind of already knew this, but I guess it's the first time we heard it directly from Bonham. But still, the dumber thing than them not being able to agree to tour with Robert Plant for billions of dollars is if they had toured with anyone else. So congrats to everyone for this falling apart.
