"Jarvis" to receive U.S. release

Former Pulp frontman Jarvis Cocker's debut solo effort will finally get a proepr U.S. release, when Jarvis arrives in stores April 3. We can thank the efforts of Rough Trade Records and World's Fair Label Group for this one. For those unaware, the two entities have come together to help bring Rough Trade releases to North America at domestic prices. Many other Rough Trade releases are set to be released this way into the future. As for Jarvis, originally released in the UK this past November, the tracklist is as follows:
Jarvis:
01. Loss Adjuster (excerpt Pt.1)
02. Don'''t Let Him Waste Your Time
03. Black Magic
04. Heavy Weather
05. I Will Kill Again
06. Baby'''s Coming Back To Me
07. Fat Children
08. From A To I
09. Disney Time
10. Tonite
11. Big Julie
12. Loss Adjuster (excerpt Pt.2)
13. Quantum Theory
Don't forget, you can catch Jarvis at this year's Coachella Festival.

While he won’t exactly be getting the biopic send up, fans will be able to peer deeper into Mr. Walker when Verve Pictures releases the DVD Scott Walker: 30 Century Man on April 27. The film will feature behind-the-scenes footage from the making of last year’s acclaimed The Drift as well as praising testimonials from fellow musicians David Bowie, Damon Albarn, Jarvis Cocker, Brian Eno, and the boys from Radiohead.            [...]
