Jane’s Addiction Taps Rich Costey to Produce Next Album

Having just returned from a couple of European gigs with the likes of Rage Against the Machine, Cypress Hill and Gogol Bordello, L.A’s own Jane’s Addiction (with Duff in tow, of course) have announced that they’ve selected Rich Costey to man the boards for their next album, tentatively due out in winter 2011 on Capitol.

Costey has handled production duties for Muse and Franz Ferdinand and has studio credits for engineering, programming and mixing for Weezer, Rage Against The Machine, My Chemical Romance, Doves and Jurassic 5 among others.
