Looking to get the jump on the new album by the British king of blue-eyed soul? Jamie Lidell's forthcoming Warp release, Jim, will be getting an exclusive, worldwide premiere on MySpace tomorrow, April 25. The album is due to come out next week, but punctual news perusers can be the coolest kids on their block a few days ahead of the crowd.

Jim finds Lidell digging ever further into that classic R&B feel that fired his 2005 album Multiply. At this point, the young Brit has assimilated vintage US soul so completely that he might as well be recording for Hi or Philly International, but instead it's Lucky Jim's destiny to be the funkiest face in the Warp roster.
