James Rosemond–known by his unfortunate nickname “Henchman”–was indicted for murder on Friday in a New York court. The chief executive of Czar Entertainment is being accused of ordering others to kill Lodi Mack (an associate of 50 Cent) in the Bronx in 2009, in retaliation for an assault on his 14-year-old son.
Rosemond is already in prison, convicted of drug trafficking charges stemming from an arrest made last summer. He’s famously linked to the death of Tupac, according to Chuck Philips of the LA Times. [Billboard]
