Actor James Franco is planning to make a movie based on Lindsay Lohan. Details are slim at this point, but an online casting notice on Actors’ Access looking to cast “Lindsay Lohan types” and “James Franco types” and claims the film will focus on the lives of “two Hollywood celebrities.”
Interestingly, the casting notice calls for actors aged 13, 21, 30, 45 and 60, leading speculation that the film will follow the lives of Franco and Lohan from the past to the future. Franco’s Rabbit Bandini production company will be handling the film. The company previously produced Francophrenia (Or Don't Kill Me, I Know Where the Baby Is), an art documentary produced from behind-the-scenes footage of Franco shot on the set of General Hospital.
Lohan told the New York Post she and Franco were “like best friends” last year. They previously discussed working together on a book with photographer Terry Richardson, but this project makes the first time they’ve worked together since the 2006 comedy The Holiday.
