Jack White, Alicia Keys replace Amy Winehouse for Bond theme song
With Amy Winehouse currently out of commission, a replacement was needed to record the theme song for the upcoming James Bond movie The Quantum of Solace. Jack White and Alicia Keys, two more than venerable replacements, have been pegged with the role. "Another Way To Die" will be the first duet Bond song ever recorded, and follows the relative of Chris Cornell and Madonna's Bond songs for Casino Royale and Die Another Day, respectively, it has big shoes to fill in a crumbling record industry. The Quantom of Solace trailer looks pretty badass however, so the appearance of Jack White is nothing but good news.

I was looking forward to a new Amy Winehouse song too. Bah.
Alicia does have an amazing voice - so providing the song is right, it should be good. But, like others, I thought Winehouse would be perfect. Oh well.
Amy Winehouse is a garbage singer. She brought a sorta new style, but she's nothing special. I was sincerely pissed off watching her win Grammy's over other more talented artists. She can stay in rehab for as long as she wants.
