Is K-Pop Star PSY Performing “Gangnam Style” On Jimmy Kimmel Tonight?

It has been reported that the worldwide phenomenon of PSY and his language barrier breaking “Gangnam Style” would be making an appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel show tonight, October 2. But after his stint in the United States practically having popped up on every media outlet possible, he had already taken a flight back to his home in…Gangnam, Seoul Korea.

He’s already made a few surprises such as appearing on the ‘Ellen DeGeneres Show’ and giving Britney Spears a dance lesson, appearing on a ‘Saturday Night Live’ skit and even joining MTV VMA 2012 host Kevin Hart in doing a rendition of the famous horsey dance for “Gangnam Style.” So once again, audiences will be anticipating what kind of surprise the horse dancing master will be doing this time.

And in more PSY news, he’s currently on the heels of Maroon 5’s “One More Night” on the Billboard “Hot One Hundred.” If PSY were to surpass him tomorrow, he will be #1 on the charts. He would be the first Korean ever to have a track become #1 on the charts. On top of that, with his massive growth in popularity around the world his Facebook likes have finally hit over 1,000,000. He has more than tripled his likes since the video was released six weeks ago. He is currently averaging around 1,000 likes every ten minutes!

So as the world turns, let’s see just how much more of PSY we’ll be seeing and hearing from. His new single is due out sometime in November.
