Iron and Wine schedules U.S. shows

If you could be in either Europe or the U.S. right now, which place would you choose to be? Sam Beam, the bearded singer-songwriter at the center of Iron and Wine, seems to prefer Europe. He's touring there now, and has more shows scheduled across the Atlantic at the beginning of 2008. Between those two treks, Iron and Wine has a short run of U.S. shows on tap.
