Steve Jobs ensures death of iPhone fanatics

We haven't written about the iPhone so much because, well, it's still about a month from release. Apparently super-secret documents from AT&T reveal no pre-orders allowed for the new spiffy superphone. I don't know if this will inspire PS3 heights of crime and lunacy, but here in San Francisco, hotbed of Apple idolatry, I can't wait to see the ridiculous lines of people crammed around Cingular shops and the temple of Jobs, the Apple Store.
The iPhone drops ... sometime in June. If you're going to stand in line, bring a barbecue and a sound system along and you've got a geek block party!
