Interpol Destroys New Logo on 'Interpol' Cover

Things have quickly taken shape in camp Interpol over the past couple of weeks as the band not only recently bumped up the U.S. release date of their self-titled fourth album to Sept. 7, but Matador Records has now revealed the cover art and tracklisting for Interpol. 

One can only imagine that the designer took some glee in tearing Interpol's most recent logo apart (or he could just really be into fractals) when coming up with the sleeve art. Whatever the case, Interpol contains 10 tracks and can be pre-ordered here as we speak. Those who do so will receive a poster and an Interpol 45 adapter and one lucky customer per day will also get any one of three signed Shepard Fairey silkscreen prints of the band.
