Those who find world geography too big and confusing a subject must really hate the band I'm From Barcelona. Because, you see, the group isn't from Barcelona, isn't even from Spain. It's from Sweden. Those tricky, silly Swedes! But those who find big, happy, orchestral pop up their alley must love the band. And those folks now have something to look forward to, as I'm From Barcelona will return to these shores in April. The sprawling collective has announced some dates on both coast of the U.S. (Sorry, middle America.) These gigs come as the band is reportedly on the follow-up to 2006's Let Me Introduce My Friends.
