Look, I know it has to be bonkers being a state legislator. You're basically paid to sit in a giant building in the capitol, and just talk shit when you're not deciding to bust up unions or whatever the hell else you're doing to screw over your state. But apparently state senators in Illinois have less to do than anyone: On the senate floor in Springfield yesterday, minority leader Christine Radongo "quoted" the Wu-Tang Clan, basically by reading the intro to the Chappelle Show "Wu-Tang Financial" sketch. One of two things happened here: Her young interns played a joke on her, or she doesn't know the difference between a Wu-Tang song and a sketch based on a Wu-Tang song. You be the judge. [DS]
