If You're A Real Daft Punk Fan You'll Buy Their $350 Headphones
Movie tickets these days are way too cheap. Really, I wish that I could pay more than just $10 at the box office and another $12 or so for the soundtrack to show my support of Daft Punk's decision to provide the music for Tron: Legacy.
Oh what's that? I can? Oh good: Just $349.95 for a pair of fancy headphones that match the movie's visual aesthetic. Also, they have light up LEDs to "recreate TRON: LEGACY animated lighting effects," which will certainly never get annoying. Plus, the headphones, produced by Monster, provide noise isolation technology and a removable boom mic that can be used for gaming. How neat!
Oh, problem though. Amazon is selling them for $299.95, 50 bucks below MSRP. With that extra $50 I'll have to go buy food or something.
Tron: Legacy is in theaters Dec. 17. The Daft Punksoundtrack is out now.
