Ice Cube has taken a break from his pre-production work on the inevitable third Are We There Yet? movie to work on a documentary on the L.A. Raiders for ESPN. The film will talk about how Al Davis moved the team to L.A. from Oakland for 12 years in the '80s and '90s before moving them back to Oakland in 1994, and will be called Straight Outta L.A., so don't expect Ice Cube to be taking a back seat; he'll likely narrate this thing too. No word on when the doc will air on ESPN. [Woo-Ha]
Oakland is hood, but for some reason the games in LA were just so much more dangerous to attend. Oakland has plenty of rowdy fans but you could bring the fam to the game which is how it should be whereas I didn't feel as comfortable when I would take mom's to the game in LA. It was crazy
