Howlin' Rain signs to American Recordings

Howlin' Rain, the psych-rock trio fronted by Comets on Fire lead singer Ethan Miller, has been picked up by American Recordings, the label run by Rick Rubin. Howlin' Rain is expected to release its next album, Magnificent Fiend, early next year via American, in conjunction with Birdman Records.
