According to Prefix correspondent Jen Zipf, Hot Chip’s performance at this year’s Coachella “destroyed the crowd, making it hard for even the casual observers to keep from bobbing their heads.” Anyone who saw the band on its April tour will know exactly where Jen is coming from, but those who missed out are in luck. Hot Chip is coming back for another round of dates to promote the Made in the Dark album. The only downside is that the tour doesn’t start until September. Is it just me or are tours announced further and further in advance these days?
