For more than a decade now, a rockin' little event called Hootenanny has gone down at the Oak Canyon Ranch in Irvine, California. Many of those years have seen Social Distortion headlining the show, and this year will find them doing so yet again. Also scheduled to perform are the now-back-in-the-game Squirrel Nut Zippers, John Doe, Nekromantix, Mojo Nixon, the Supersuckers, Dave Alvin, and Big Sandy. It all goes down 7/7/07, which is still a cool date though not nearly as scary as 6/6/06.
