Here’s A Guide On How To Make Lady Gaga’s Meat Dress For Halloween

Halloween is almost upon us, and anyone floundering in an attempt to find the perfect pop culture costume is in luck. The Guardian has decided to write a step-by-step guide on how to recreate Lady Gaga’s notorious meat dress, which no less an authority than the New York Times has declared as the costume for 2010 (well, it’s either that or going as an oil-stained BP worker, which shouldn’t be too hard to figure out).

Costume maker Emma Croft, who has worked on the Harry Potter movies, has significantly lowered herself to take a stab at the meat dress for the Guardian, and she claims it is “much easier than you’d think.” Fortunately, no actual meat is involved, but you will need some dark red fabric, latex paint, talcum powder and “a dress you don’t want to wear again.”

Head over to this link to find out how it’s done.
